Bleaching is the process of accurately restoring colors based on the Pantone color card and color number. In summary, the process of confirming colors is as follows: if the customer provides the Pantone color number. So, the bleaching and dyeing master directly bleaches the dye according to the color number, which is an accurate and simple method. However, when customizing T-shirts, very few end customers know what the Pantone color code is for the color they specify, and cannot provide the color code. They can only provide color samples or physical samples of T-shirts for advertising purposes. In this case, our method is to first determine the Pantone color number of the color, and then report the color number to the dyeing master.
The Pantone color code is determined as follows: Take a standard size color sample or T-shirt sample, visually check which color area is in the Pantone color card, in order to find a similar color card. Then place the color card on top of the color sample or T-shirt sample. When the colors are consistent and there is no color difference, the color number marked on the color card is the standard Pantone color number for this color sample or T-shirt sample. Report this color card to the dyeing master to produce the same color, achieving the goal of accurately restoring the color.
