1. Removal of rust stains
Rust stains on clothing can be soaked in 1% warm oxalic acid solution and rinsed clean with clean water. You can also wipe the stains with a 15% acetic acid aqueous solution, or soak the contaminated part in the solution and rinse it with clean water the next day. You can also use a 10% citric acid aqueous solution or a 10% oxalic acid aqueous solution to wet the contaminated area, then soak it in concentrated saline water, and wash and rinse the next day with clean water. White pure cotton or cotton blend fabric is stained with rust. Take a grain of oxalic acid and place it on the stain. Wet it with warm water, gently rub it, and then rinse it clean with clean water. During operation, in order to prevent oxalic acid from corroding the fabric, the operation action should be rapid. You can also drop fresh lemon juice onto the rust stain, rub it with your hands, and repeat several times until the rust stain is removed. After washing with detergent, rinse with clean water.
2. Removal of Sauce and Oil Stains
Clothes stained with soy sauce can be washed with cold water and then washed with detergent. Clothes that have been contaminated with soy sauce for a long time should be washed by adding an appropriate amount of ammonia (1 part of 4 washing solutions) to the washing solution. Silk and wool fabrics can be washed with a 10% citric acid aqueous solution. Finally, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
3. Sweat stains on clothing
25% ammonia aqueous solution can be used for washing. You can also soak the clothes in 3% saline solution for a few minutes, rinse them with clean water, and then wash them with detergent. Sweat stains on silk, wool, and their blended fabrics can be removed by citric acid washing. Finally, rinse with clean water. When removing sweat stains and mold stains, new stains can be first removed with a soft brush to remove surface mold stains, and then wiped with alcohol. When removing old stains, you can first apply dilute alkali or ammonia solution to the stains, and then rub and wash them immediately. Sweat stains and mold stains on silk, wool, and their blended fabrics can be washed away with solutions such as citric acid and alcohol.
